Chelsea Hall
Victoria & Southern NSW Regional Horticulture Manager
Experience and Expertise
Based in New South Wales, Chelsea Hall supports a variety of broadacre and horticultural producers, helping growers understand how nutrition and soil function drive plant performance. Having grown up around agriculture, Chelsea developed a practical understanding of farming systems early on, which now fuels her work as a trusted agronomist. She enjoys identifying underlying causes of crop challenges and helping growers shift from reactive management to proactive planning.
Approach and Philosophy
Chelsea believes that agronomy is as much about educating and supporting people as it is about science. Her philosophy is to work with growers, not just for them — guiding them through data, observations, and strategy so they feel confident in every decision. She finds satisfaction in watching gradual improvements take shape over time, whether that’s better crop structure, stronger root systems, or increased grower confidence.

Beyond the Field
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys a quieter kind of farming — she owns several bee hives and gets great joy from tending to them and harvesting honey. Beekeeping keeps her grounded in the rhythms of nature and gives her a different perspective on how living systems function in balance. Whether she’s out in the field or checking her hives, Chelsea carries the same values: patience, observation, and care.
