Let's Frame Your Win

Share the key details of what happened, and we'll create a clear, grower-first story. We'll send you a draft to refine together.

We've intentionally kept this form simple — just the essentials we need to have a great conversation with you and build a compelling story.

General Details

Overarching details and form logic to capture who's submitting and what type of outcome we're documenting.

Select primary Hybrid Ag contact with grower.

Enter growers trading name, we'll use this to match info with your grower in CRM.

Enter the primary contact’s name - could be the grower, farm manager, or consultant.

Select the date the win actually surfaced — e.g. good outcome, test results, photos, proof of the win, etc.

These things naturally play out over time and the program share below will capture the full picture, but just note the key date here.

Share the program URL in AI-Ag — a picture says a thousand words. Programs are our anchor in this space, and having it upfront helps cut through the noise and gives our conversation a solid base. Please share the program link.
If you haven’t set a new program for the client yet, there’s still huge value in understanding their current one. You can attach it here whatever format it’s currently in.

Meat & Potatoes

Core details about the problem, solution, and outcome — this is what we’ll use to build a clear, grower-first story.

Describe the issue the grower raised — what problem they were experiencing, what wasn’t working, or what triggered the visit.

Describe the solution in a short paragraph — with the program now shared, you can just reference the crop stage, the products, or any other methods or practices that contributed to the win.

Describe the result in a short paragraph — what changed, what improved, and what we should be looking for in the supporting evidence.
Share how the grower reacted. Include direct quotes if possible (e.g., “Night and day difference.”).
Attach any materials that support the story — photos, observations, data, tests, trends — all gold.

Next Steps & Permission

How do we best leverage this win? Is it simply an internal lesson to remember, or is it a story worth sharing to reach more growers who could benefit from our help?

Choose how we should use this win — internally, later when it’s stronger, or ready to share now.

Internal Only (for now):
Useful learning, but not ready to share publicly yet

Needs to Develop Further: Let it build into a stronger, clearer win before using externally

Ready to Share: Strong enough for a social post or case study

Has the grower given permission for their name, photos, or story to be shared publicly (social media, website, or case study)?

Yes: Grower has confirmed they’re happy for us to share

No: Do not share this publicly

Need to Ask: Haven’t confirmed yet; follow up with the grower
