Chelsea Hall
Team Leader - Horticulture
Chelsea Hall is the Team Leader of HybridAg’s Horticulture division, where she combines technical expertise with hands-on experience to deliver practical, high-value solutions for growers. Based in Shepparton, Victoria, Chelsea manages horticultural crop nutrition across the Goulburn Valley, Ovens Valley, Young and Batlow regions—supporting a diverse range of crops including pomefruit, stonefruit, olives, grapes, citrus, and small crops.
Chelsea joined HybridAg in 2020 as a Graduate Agronomist, quickly progressing to Regional Horticulture Manager for North Eastern Victoria and Southern NSW. In this role, she built strong grower relationships, tailored nutrient programs, and provided field-based support to ensure healthier soils and higher-quality crops. From October 2024 to March 2025, she also stepped up as Interim National Horticulture Team Leader, overseeing a team of six, maintaining momentum on client projects, and ensuring alignment across the division.

Her industry journey began in vineyards, with practical roles at Monichino Wines, Brown Brothers, and McGlashan’s Winery, where she honed skills in vine health, canopy management, irrigation, and winemaking operations. Chelsea also gained early exposure to agribusiness through an internship with ANZ’s Agribusiness division and research work with Kalyx Harvesting. This mix of technical training and real-world application gives her a unique perspective—bridging financial, scientific, and operational aspects of agriculture.
At HybridAg, Chelsea is passionate about turning research into practical, on-farm solutions. She thrives on working alongside growers to solve complex problems and develop nutrient strategies that are sustainable, efficient, and profitable. With her leadership, the horticulture team is helping shape a stronger future for Australian horticulture.
